We are seeking a talented and driven Multi Skilled Operative to join our well-established local contracting team at Croftstons. As a trusted name in property maintenance, we are committed to delivering top-quality services to our clients, and we’re looking for someone who shares our dedication to excellence.

In this role, you will take on a variety of tasks across reactive projects, including general carpentry and joinery,plastering, tiling, decorating, locksmith and plumbing works. We value individuals who are proactive, energetic, and able to work effectively as part of a team or independently. Your skills, determination, and attention to detail will be critical in helping us provide an outstanding service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven multi-skilled experience with a hands-on, practical approach to maintenance tasks.
• Either an NVQ/City and Guilds level qualification or at least 6 years’ experience in the trade.
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety standards and safe working practices.
• A valid UK driving licence.
