Payment Terms
- For these cases, we apply a set hourly rate that includes both the time spent investigating/surveying the issue and any additional time needed to finish the work.
- If you decide to have a tradesperson assess the job but choose not to move forward with the repairs, the investigation will be billed as a standard call-out fee.
- Payment of the works quoted must be made in full before commencement of works either by credit/debit card (our chip & pin machines provide a secure method) Or Via bank transfer with bank details provided on quotes/invoices
- Fixed prices (*) are inclusive of VAT and can be provided either verbally or in writing upon request before work commences
- Quotes/Invoices are digital and show a full description of works including times and a full breakdown of labour and materials

A 50% deposit is required before starting work, with an additional 25% due at the beginning of the project and the final 25% payable upon completion.
